TECH TIME SESSIONS
Meet More People – Schedule Follow-up Discussions
The 2017 MAPPS-NSPS National Surveying, Mapping & Geospatial Conference will feature “Tech Time”, a speed dating/speed mentoring concept which offers to those whose role is typically that of “exhibitor” the opportunity to be a “participant”, and to meet more people.
Your space will serve as “home base”, not only during “Tech Time”, but also for follow up in-depth meetings you arrange with attendees throughout the conference to showcase your products and services. You will also be able to mingle with attendees during the Tuesday evening social event scheduled from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the “Tech Time” venue. During the day on Tuesday several federal agencies will be conducting briefings during which time you will be able to inquire about their plans.
This format provides a highly focused opportunity for direct interaction with decision makers, who are primarily the targeted conference attendees.
“Tech Time” offers short (10-15 minute) conversations about your products/services with small groups (5-6) of attendees. At the end of each 10-15 minute segment, the respective groups of attendees will rotate (as instructed by a moderator) to the next presenter until all groups will have met with all presenters.
The “Tech Time” schedule will be:
Monday, March 13: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Wednesday, March 15: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Your Tech Time fee includes:
