We’re honored to include Lethabo Motsoaledi in this list; she has recently appeared on several other prestigious lists, including The Mail & Guardian 200 South Africans and The Inspiring 50 Women in Tech SA, and she was profiled as one of four female future leaders in South Africa by the Oxford Press.

Lethabo earned her degrees in geomatics from Cape Town University, where she has also studied business.

A fellow of both the Mandela Rhodes and Allan Gray Orbis Foundations, Lethabo also founded E-Quo, an anonymous social networking site that provides support to students facing difficulties at university, and the STEM education initiative 3D4Youth. She is also instrumental in the startup 3D Power, a next-gen product development and training company. This dynamic geomatics graduate is an inspirational speaker and is known for her saying, “I succeed in all things that I set my mind to by achieving the goals I have set for myself.”
