Biography: Adam began his surveying career as a student trainee for the Bureau of Reclamation. He graduated from Idaho State University with a BS in Geomatics Technology. Subsequently, Adam began his career as a survey technician at Dioptra LLC. He quickly moved up the career ladder and earned his intern certificate, professional surveyor license, and recently became a partner in the company. Adam is a FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and successfully integrated UAS technology into the company’s workflow. He has knack for technical writing and has authored numerous articles for a notable surveying and geospatial magazines.
He is an active member of the Idaho Society of Professional Land Surveyors where he currently serves on the board of directors and as NSPS Young Surveyors representative for Idaho. He spearheads the scholarship committee, where he recently revamped the scholarship program.
Adam is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Idaho and has experience in construction staking, land planning, 3D scanning, aerial mapping, and property and topographic surveys.
